    The purchase contract is concluded with Maximilian Gallik , trading under the name “Miliyun Studios (sole proprietorship)” .

  1. Offer and conclusion of contract
    The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
    By clicking the “Buy now” button you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.
    A contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

  1. Prices and payment terms
    All prices are in euros and include VAT .
    The prices valid at the time of the order apply.
    Payments are possible using the payment methods offered in the shop.

  1. Delivery
    Delivery within Germany and to other EU countries is carried out by the shipping service provider DHL Paket GmbH .
    The delivery time is usually 6 – 14 working days .

    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  1. Customs and import duties
    For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA), additional customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply.
    These costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
    Please check with your country's customs office for possible additional charges before ordering.
