Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
All delivery times are specified in the product description of each item.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for the refund,
unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back –
whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days
from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return
for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Important:
The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods
if this loss in value results from handling that is not necessary
to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Please Note:
Returns are only accepted if the goods are in their original condition —
i.e. unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
If items are returned damaged, soiled, washed, or otherwise not in a resaleable condition,
we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct an appropriate compensation in accordance with § 357 (7) BGB.
