These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop

but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
A contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT.
The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.
Payments can be made using the payment methods offered in our online shop.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out within Germany and to other EU countries via the shipping provider DHL Paket GmbH.
The standard delivery time is 6–14 business days.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid,
the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Customs and Import Fees
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, USA),
additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order to determine any applicable additional charges.
