Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
Unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Note on the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
on the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Important:
The customer is liable for any loss of value of the goods ,
if this loss of value is due to a check of the quality, properties and functioning of the goods
unnecessary handling of them.

Please note:
Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags attached .
If items are returned damaged, soiled, washed or in a non-resalable condition , we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge reasonable compensation in accordance with Section 357 Paragraph 7 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
