How your return works
You can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note the following requirements:
✅ The items must be in their original condition.
✅ All labels, hangtags and original packaging must be present and undamaged.
✅ The goods must not have been worn, washed, damaged or altered.
✅ Please return the items carefully packed. Heavily crumpled or improperly packed returns can make inspection difficult.
✅ If possible, enclose the cancellation form or a note with your order number with your return so that we can process your return more quickly.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used for your order.

Right of Cancellation
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Note on the premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts
for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,
if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Important:
The customer is liable for any loss in value of the goods,
if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
All delivery times are stated with the respective product in the description.

Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in their original condition – i.e., unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
If items are returned damaged, soiled, washed, or in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge an appropriate compensation for value depreciation in accordance with § 357 para. 7 BGB.
